We are subletting our home in the green and friendly area of Nayot in Jerusalem. The place is fully furnished, equipped with kitchenware, towels, linen and all appliances. You only need to bring your suitcases! We are on the first floor of a two-floor building (no lift), about one floor higher than the street. Parking on the street is free. The Botanical Gardens, the Shechter Institute, a supermarket, a pharmacy, 2 playgrounds and several bus stops are within 5 minutes’ walk, and it is a 10-minute walk to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem Edmond J. Safra Campus (Givat Ram), the National Library, the Israel Museum and Rehavia. The apartment is quiet and full of light, with a balcony in the front and a patio at the back. It has a living room with 2 sofas and a small dining area, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The first and smaller bedroom has a queen bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The second and larger bedroom has a 1.5 bed (120 cm x 190 cm) with guest bed, a wardrobe and a desk with two chairs. The patio is green and quiet, with plenty of seating space. The apartment has a fridge, oven, gas stove; a washer machine, air conditioner in the two bedrooms and the living room, and a 50” smart TV (there is no dishwasher or dryer). Rent is 2,100 U$D for the month (all utilities are included). The apartment is available from 22 July 2022 to 23 August 2022.
