The apartment would be ideal for an individual or couple wanting space to make an office or spare bedroom. You are welcome to utilize garden space to grow flowers or vegetables and the apartment has direct access to the back yard and patio. The first floor has high ceilings, original hardwood floors and lots of windows. The lower level is a mix of new hardwood flooring and ceramic tile, with a working gas fireplace and wet bar. Each floor has a full bathroom. The basement has a very large social room and two rooms that could be used a guest bedrooms or storage space. The kitchen/dining room is outfitted with new appliances and Ikea cabinets, including a stainless steel refrigerator, gas oven, and dual-bin sink and dishwasher. Since we will be living next door, it is important to us that the tenant be clean, quiet and respectful. While we are busy and absorbed in our own affairs, it would be wonderful to have friendly tenants who were occasionally interested in sharing a meal or relaxing in the yard.
