Want to travel light? You won't need much to enjoy this 550-square foot separate entrance furnished garage apartment. While compact, it’s tastefully equipped with a kitchen (cooktop, combo micro/convection oven, Nespresso, mini fridge, but no freezer), shower/bathroom, queen size bed, central air/heating, and Wi-Fi. Perfect for one or two people, we normally have our family and friends stay here. It's uncluttered and private. If needing to park a car, there's street parking. We're unable to accommodate pets and there's no smoking. A flight of indoor stairs (pictured) takes you to the second-floor garage apartment. You'll be in walking distance to downtown, the Capitol (one mile away), The University of Texas at Austin (just a little over a mile away), and restaurants and shops on East 11th, 7th, and 6th streets. East Austin is a vibrant Central Austin neighborhood that is conveniently located to many of the city's attractions. If desired, we're always happy to share local tips, recommendations, and such.
