We stayed with Gizany for two months in the summer of 2022.

Gizany was a very great host. From initial matching, through showing the apartment, and welcoming us in the apartment to walk us through everything.

Gizany made sure that we were comfortable with each others identities, walked us through the apartment in detail on video, and answered all the questions we had about the unit and the neighborhood. When we arrived at the unit, everything (AC, appliances, furniture, bathrooms etc) were very well maintained and clean. He was available throughout our stay to help with maintenance, mail questions etc.

I spent one month in the apartment while I was a visiting scholar at NYU. I felt immediately at home. The apartment was clean. Linens and towels along with all other necessary amenities were in place and ready to use. A big bonus is that the apartment has a washing machine as well as a dish washer. The place is beautifully decorated, yet cozy. It's close to everything, yet relatively quiet. The host was very responsive and eager to help whenever I had a questions. Next time I am in need of a place in Manhattan, I will be checking if this place is available.
