Faculty family looking to sublet our spacious sunlight filled apartment on Blackstone Avenue in Hyde Park. The furnished apartment is an easy 10-minute stroll from the center of the University of Chicago campus or the Laboratory Schools. It has a large kitchen, separate dining, living rooms, *two* full-bathrooms. The 4 bedrooms are currently arranged as 2 bedrooms and 2 offices. This apartment is on the third floor (top floor), has very high ceilings, and an east-facing balcony that overlooks a grassy backyard big enough for a kickball game. Washer, dryer, and laundry sink in the apartment. No need to go to the basement! It’s a great space for a couple or a family. It would also easily accommodate working roommates. Fully-equipped kitchen, all you could need (we love to cook). We are an academic family with two little kids, and both adults regularly work in the offices at home.
