Therefore, the property and neighborhood has stunning Bay Area, San Francisco, Pacific Ocean views with great panoramic view sunsets. Great for outdoor activities, casual walks or professional sportive activities in adjacent nature areas (Tilden Park and others) . The in law's independent entry faces the fountain front palm garden. Fully furnished, features travertine bathroom and kitchen, dishwasher, basic dishes, cooking utensils, bedsheets and appliances. UC bus stops at LBNL. If you do not have a car, landlord can help with combined food shopping (Trader Joe, Berkeley Bowl, Costco). Downtown Berkeley to San Francisco by BART (underground) is 25 Min.
