This is a family home, where you can relax and enjoy our lovely city. A well proportioned and extended 1930s semi-detached house located on a wide leafy street, opposite local schools, in a highly sought after south city position. We are a 30 minute walk from town, 10 minutes on a bicycle, well connected with buses, and 15 minutes walk to Cambridge station. To the South you can bike or drive to charming villages and wild spaces, like the Gog Magog Hills, the Roman Road, and Wandlebury. 10 minute walk from cosmopolitan Mill Road with its cafes, bars, and international supermarkets, and very close to Coleridge Recreation Park and Cherry Hinton Hall. Do note that we had to take photos on a very cold day in December. We have had 5 tenant families now and all have found the property to be very convenient and comfortable (as did we when we lived there!) Note monthly fee INCLUDES utilities (approx. £600) so you don't have to worry about registering with electricity, gas, water, Wifi, council, etc.
