Barcelona, CT, Spain
The apartment consists of a living-room, dining area with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is bright and sunny located on the corner at the first floor of an eighteenth-century building decorated in the Catalan ‘sgraffito’ style. The apartment belongs to an interior painter-decorator and is therefore furnished with great care. It has two small balconies. Unfortunately, one of them is not yet accessible, since the building restoration has not been completed, which is why the apartment is offered for rent at a discounted price. The building is situated in a pedestrian street that connects the Gothic Quarter to the Arc de Triomphe and the Ciutadella park, in the less touristy part of El Born (one of Barcelona‘s most fascinating neighbourhoods), near the Santa Caterina market, in a very well connected area. The house overlooks a tree-lined little square. It is located at a walking distance from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB), Barcelonabeta Brain Research Center, and just 3 Metro stops from the University of Barcelona (UB), It is a much loved and charming house, which is why I would be happy to rent it to Academic Fellows and people that will have great care of it. It is equipped with a heat pump, wifi and washing machine. The discounted rent is 1000 €/month.
