The splendid front view is 270º onto the Saone river and Monts du Lyonnais from the day area and the sleeping area + kitchen have the rear view facing the green space and little forest going down the hill of Croix-Rousse. The neighborhood is calm and nice with the riverbank promenade directly accessible at the foot of the building leading to downtown Lyon (25 min walking, 5 min by car) and l'île Barbe (30 min walking, 5 min by car). Restaurants, bar, convenience stores are nearby just as the D line metro (Gare de Vaise station) within a 5 min walking distance. The metro will take you to Bellecour in 10 min, Garibaldi in 15 min. Accessible from the kitchen stands a laundry room with a washing machine + drying machine + drying racks and whole load a space to store food, detergent and other products. A small warming hanger is mounted on the wall. The other bathroom is an Italian style shower cabinet. There is one toilet that is a separate unit. Apart from these rooms there is a 3 sqm storage place equipped with shelves. The apartment is available starting July 15, 2021 until August 20, 2022. Turnkey renting!
