We will on abroad on sabbatical and are looking for responsible renters for our beautiful home. This architect-designed home features a master bedroom with a full bathroom, a second bedroom with its own full bathroom, a large office with two desks, a TV room with a cross-trainer, and a very bright, airy interconnected living room, dining room, sunroom, and kitchen. Lots of windows look out at a wooded lot that requires little care. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood just a few minutes from groceries and stores, 7 minutes from Duke, 10 minutes from downtown Durham, and about 15 from UNC and downtown Chapel Hill. Highway 15-501 is just 2 minutes from the house. No pets please.
