Hello! A former academic, I'm looking to rent my cozy and simple home to a responsible and respectful tenant or pair. The duplex is located in the tranquil Mayland Heights residential area and includes a renovated basement with a washer/dryer and storage space. On the main and second floors, there's - 1 kitchen, living room - 2.5 baths - 2 bedrooms (only 1 is furnished with double bed; other is reading room) - 1 office space/den There's also an intimate back deck and a two-car garage, plus a small garden in the front and back. From the duplex, you can walk quickly to bus stops, a grocery store and other amenities, park/off-leash dog park, or bike to International Avenue, Bridgeland, Inglewood (or drive to there in under 10 minutes). By bike, the ride to the University of Calgary is 45 minutes and 30 minutes to SAIT. Otherwise, public transport will get you to both campuses direct. The duplex is just off 16th Avenue and, therefore, a straight drive to the mountains in the west. It's also minutes away from Deerfoot Trail for quick access and a 12-minute drive to the airport.
