Live on the top floor of a well-maintained co-op building in this charming, updated, vintage condo. There is wonderful light from sixteen windows with seven spacious rooms ( 900 SF) including: a sunroom, office, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy the vintage details like hardwood floors, natural woodwork, French doors, tile, formal dining room, sunroom overlooking two maple trees and a backyard green space. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful quartz counter top, new stainless appliances and lovely Italian tile for backsplash. It is a quiet building with all owners respecting each other's privacy and serenity. I love my condo and co-operatively owned building and greatly appreciate my guests so I would make myself easily available online or by phone if any questions arise. I am planning to spend some months in Brooklyn, New York and I am looking for a guest for my sweet home.
