It's a beautiful and sunny 2-rooms apartment with a great balcony. There is a living room with a very big sofa (where you can host your visiting friends), a table for your dinners or for working, and a library with a lot of literature books. There is a bedroom with a dressing room (very quiet all over the day by the way), and a big kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom is very big, with a huge shower and also a bathtub. And you can also find a washing machine in the apartment. And... a big and sunny balcony if you want to take your breakfast outside. I have also a piano! Everything is new as the building was built 10 years ago. The apartment overlooks a very quiet street (you can't hear anything, not even the rain and you never hear the neighbors). There are practically no cars passing by because it is a one-way street. The neighborhood is lively: there is a market, organic supermarkets in the same street, several nice restaurants. The subway station is 2 min away: it's direct to Alexander Platz (7 min by subway), the Humboldt (10 min), the main station and Staatsbibliothek.
