At the front of the main house is a separate fully- self contained luxury 3 bedroom holiday home, newly built with environmental mind. We pride ourselves on providing a beautifully clean and hygienic space. Ideally located within a few minutes walk to popular Lake Currimundi, patrolled beaches. Well- size 3 bedrooms with built-in robes, ceiling fans, equipped kitchen, living area with large sliding doors open to front deck n side covered deck. Laundry combined with bathroom and toilet. Please NOTE that you only have access to the front garden, your left driveway (long enough for 2 medium cars), the Eastern Side deck. The back unit belongs to a lovely young couple. Parking : Please park your car on the Left side if you looking into the house. Right side drive way is for the back house people. Bedrooms are furnished with high quality Queen, double and King single mattresses with crispy cotton sheets. We value your sleep. Living area with Neat kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a Toaster, a Coffee machine, a Kettle and A Dish Washer. Separate Laundry combined with modern bathroom and a toilet. There is a laundry sink for hand washing. There is a Washing machine and Dryer Combo Machine We graciously allow our guests to borrow our Kayak for usage at Currimundi Lake. Please do not bring them to the surf because they are not suitable for surf beach. Tenants are responsible for Cleaning fee at the end of stay. Approx $270-$300 or more depending on how long you stay and how much mess you leave behind for our professional cleaners to do.
