Located in the ground level of our 100 years old Kitsilano craftsman character house. We live on the top 2 floors & the Garden Quarter is at the ground level and opens up to our backyard. South & west facing windows makes it bright with lots of light throughout the day. Wall color is relaxing light blue and contrasts with original exposed house wood beams which gives this suite a lot of character. Enjoy privacy as you have your own separate entrance, spacious 1 bedroom with a queen size comfy bed & full closet & a cosy living space & full kitchen. Great size full bathroom also with en-suite washer & dryer. Sit with a cup of tea or coffee or have a meal in the private patio looking out to the backyard - best time would be on a sunny afternoon :) The size is more like the size of a studio. It has also a double bed & can take up to 2 adults or 1 adult & 1 child 12 yrs or older. The location can not be better as its steps to Broadway 's restaurants, cafes, small shops, 10 blocks away from the beach & public transportation is just around the corner - UBC & downtown are 10 minutes away by bus.
