Townhouse on the Green Line

I am a recent graduate of Georgetown Law, and my wife works for the Federal Reserve. I have accepted a clerkship in the New Jersey courts and need to rent out our wonderful house on the Green Line. This has come up suddenly, so we are motivated to find good renters at short notice. We are therefore offering the place at half its market rental value. The house is a five-minute walk from the Metro and a five-minute walk from a strip of fantastic restaurants ranging from Asian to American Southern. The neighborhood is a delight—lots of young families and very safe. We especially love the trail that runs behind the development through some woods and along the nearby reservoir. The whole path is a little less than a mile, which is great for morning walks (with or without dogs)! All appliances and the HVAC system were replaced when we bought in the spring of 2025, so there should be no trouble. There is a washer-dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms. No garage, but there are two dedicated parking spaces. I will be here for the next couple months and would be delighted to give an in-person or virtual tour to anyone interested.
