Paris, IDF, France
This lovely 2-room flat is in the heart of the Latin Quarter (Metro station Censier-Daubenton on line 7), walking distance from three of the most well-known french universities: La Sorbonne, Université Pierre et Marie Curie and College de France. Ernest Hemingway lived nearby in the 20's ("...when we were poor and happy" - A Movable Feast). It is also a reasonable distance (25 mins walk or few metro stations) from the Marais quarter. It is at the second floor of a small building on a charming small alley free of cars crossing the Rue Mouffettard in its lower part. You will enjoy the weekend market of Place Monge, the numerous cinemas (vintage and blockbusters) of the Rue des Ecoles and the famous "Brasserie Balzar" (10 mins walk). The flat is fully furnished and sheets, covers and towels are included. Two beds or 1 double bed are in one room and the living room has a couch that sleeps 1 when opened. Also included are high-speed wireless internet connection and TV. Cleaning lady on demand. Electricity is an extra if your stay is three weeks or longer.
