We are looking to either exchange homes, or for someone who may be interested in renting our house during July/August. On the PVTA bus line, 2.3 miles to town center, 3 miles to UMass, 3.5 miles to Hampshire College. Less than 5-minute walk to bus stop. Bus goes directly to town center and UMass. The two story cape sits on a private, 0.53-acre lot. The main level consists of a bedroom, a sunny dining room, living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry and half bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms, a study-cum-bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. Master bath has jet tub and separate shower. Dining room opens into deck in backyard. The house has a big front and backyard, a two-car garage, and is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac – very safe for children playing outdoors.
