Very charming, family flat (84 square meter). 3rd floor (with elevator and caretaker) Fully equipped (linens & towels). The flat is furnished and still has a library with a few books left. One separate bedroom with a double bed in each. The first upper bedroom is accessible walking up a few stairs. A Bathroom and toilets are located on this floor too. The second bedroom is accessible going down a few stairs. They are both very quiet. A second independent bathroom is available (shower + with toilets) A spacious living room overlooks onto a courtyard, and is equipped with a convertible sofa that can be used as a double bed). An important shopping center (Les Halles) with a swimming pool and a cinema is just around the corner.
