This home is perfect for a visiting professor or graduate student, with or without a family working at Universidad Nacional or just looking for a place to write a book or dissertation while having the option of going on trips around this beautiful country. It is located in Altos de Palermo, a beautiful gated community and condo complex that has a very well maintained pool and beautiful grounds that include playgrounds, guard gates, and 24 hour security services. Our house is a five minute walk from shops. It is a 20 minute walk to the European School and only a 7 minute drive from downtown Heredia. It is fully furnished and very well equipped with anything you could need because this is our summer home.
