Description
Spacious (47 sq. m.), light-filled one bedroom apartment along the canal (19th arr.) Tastefully and simply furnished, full kitchen, top floor, metro on the block. It's comfortable and quiet, conveniently located near public transport, lots of cool bars, cafes, art, music, peniches, etc. that are typical of the neighborhood. Also near Parc Buttes Chaumont, the Philharmonie, etc. 20 mins to the Louvre and the tourist centers. It's a safe, fun, real Parisian place. It's well set up for a toddle right now, but also works well if you don't have one ;) It can also be made to work for a larger family (there is a crib, a couch, a twin size floor mattress I use for guests, and a full sized bed) (Happy to send more pictures at your request.)
