We are looking to rent out our apartment for a sabbatical during Fall 2023. The apartment is a beautiful, quiet and recently renovated penthouse apartment of 138m2 size. It has two large terraces as well as high ceilings, lots of light and Mediterranean design features. The apartment is on two floors and has a beautiful open kitchen and dining area with high roofs. We have downstairs a master bedroom (with en suite bath); two other bedrooms; a guest bathroom; and a large integrated kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is an office area and living room with a wood burning oven. We also have terraces on both the upper and lower floors. The apartment is on a small street in Charlottenburg, right opposite the Lietzensee lake and park (perfect for running and for families). The U2 in within 5 minutes walk and the s 'ring' bahn is also nearby, meaning you have easy access to central Berlin; the main sites and shopping of West Berlin is 10 minutes away by public transport or bike. The local supermarket is less than a minute away as are many cafe and a large organic market. We love our area with is a charming, very safe and very friendly Kiez.
