Train station and sea front promenade 15 minute walk. Bakery, butcher, hardware, grocery 4 minute walk. Much sought after area, close to parks and the sea, yet also close to city centre. Car really not needed except for touring the country. Yuko and GoCar parking point close by. There are also three bicycles available for use. Please note on the photos, there are three rooms shown. Photo no. 5 shows a single bed in a small room. That can be made into a very sturdy good quality bunk bed for two if desired, prior to arrival. Compared with most suburban US houses, the bedrooms are quite small. Both doubles are small, 4 ft beds. The one downstairs (messy one, apologies) can be exchanged for a full size double bed in advance on request. There is also another master bedroom with an en-suite but I have not included photos of this as it is not included in the price and I would use it as a storage area when we are gone. If it is desired, it can be rented for an additional 600 euros. If interested, I can send the photos or do a whatsaap tour. I would then use the downstairs room for storage. Possibility of use of a car. Cargo bikes are very popular here and can be rented by the week/month. I can arrange a weekly or fortnightly trustworthy cleaner if desired at a reasonable rate.
