The condo has a very good sun exposure. It has two balconies (in the front and in the back of the apartment) and a convenient parking spot is also available. The house is located in Outremont which is undoubtedly one of the best neighbourhoods to live in Montreal. There are several parks around our apartment which offer many activities for adults and children. Our apartment is a few metres away from Théâtre Outremont which has a very good cultural program (cinema, concerts, etc.), supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and small grocery stores where you can find ingredients from virtually all corners of the world! Some of the best restaurants in Outremont are in a radius of 1km and so are public libraries, and wonderful independent bookshops. The apartment is conveniently close to both excellent public and private primary and secondary schools. We are at a walking distance from the UdeM MIL campus, and it is also close to all four universities (UdeM main campus, McGill, Concordia downtown campus, and UQAM): 15' bus drive or about the same time by bike (or BIXI, the shared bike system in Montreal that has a station just across our street). Outremont subway station is about 7' away and we are close to several bus stops. The apartment is at a walking distance from the fabulous Mount Royal city park.
