Single-family, 1860s, old-fashioned home in a leafy suburb on a child-friendly street. Cycling friendly. Suitable for a single person, couple, or couple with 1 child. House has 1 bedroom with a full bed and another with a long twin bed. We will use the 3rd bedroom, which has no AC, for storage. Eat-in kitchen. Living room with French door that looks out on and opens to yard and gardens. Mini-split air conditioners in available bedrooms and living room. House is on 3 floors: bedrooms and bath are on the second floor; washer/dryer in basement. So tenants must be able to handle stairs. 1 mile to Newton Centre and Newton Highlands shops and Green Line T stops; 1 mile to shops and commuter rail in Newtonville; 2 blocks to Newton Library; .7 mile to Whole Foods; 2 miles to Boston College; 5.8 miles to Harvard Square.
