Beautiful appartment in a luxury condominium in Kuala Lumpur. Bangsar is the perfect mix between urban and suburban. Nice parks and kids playgrounds, access to the forest reserve and nature trails (Federal Hill), pleasant walks in the neighbourhood, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés (with amazing croissants and espresso) just a few steps away. Walking distance from public transportation. Or just get a Grab (local Uber!) and discover the vibrant streets and famous food of downtown Kuala Lumpur! Great facilities: 25m pool overlooking the city skyline, gym and secured playground. Parking and 24h/7 security guards. Safe area. The appartment is a very large two bedrooms duplex remodelled by an interior designer recently. Nice furniture, large sofa, great kitchen (ample space for cooking), plenty of table and kitchen ware. Two balconies with nice plants and comfy sofa and chairs, and also a little table to have your breakfast outside! The living room can accomodate 4 people easily (and more!), very large screen TV w/Netflix (etc), nice books, piano and large collection of DVDs. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a desk and a small wardrobe, on the main floor. A bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor. The master bedroom is on duplex, very large space, amazing view of KL, fully sun blocking curtains, very very comfy king size bed, TV, and attached bathroom with shower and toilet. Plenty of house linens (bed & bath). Centralized air-cond, bright and breezy. Very clean and well-cared for place. Only bring your suitcase and enjoy your stay. You can borrow my bicycle ;-) LOOKING FOR: Appartment in Washington DC (downtown) in September to accomodate me and occasionnal guests: ideal would be a 2 bedrooms or more but I am open to all proposition. Very clean calm, bright, and well maintained home close to shops, cafés, and transportations with all amenities and house linens. I am also keen to sublet this place to very responsible and kind people. I am a very tidy person and care a lot for the environment I live in, I am an experienced no-drama house-sitter ;-) I expect the same from my guests ! Kuala Lumpur is a wonderful hub to travel around Southeast Asia with several reliable low-cost airlines. You can hop to Bali, Bangkok, Phuket and so many more in a couple of hours and small budget!
