Description
Penthouse of 110m2 and terrace of 30m2. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in two double rooms and a sofa bed. It is ideal to enjoy a pleasant and quiet stay, in a very cozy environment. The house is spacious and very comfortable, perfectly equipped. It's located in a residential area in the upper part of the city; in a neighborhood with all services: surrounded by quality local commerce (food, clothing, pastries, winery, delicatessen...) various shops, a market, supermarkets, and restaurants... It has a charming park very close with views of the city (Parc de Monterols). The neighborhood is dynamic and has personality: it retains great historical heritage value. It is very well connected by public transport (bus and metro) to the city center (15/20 minutes away). It is our home, and you will find our things: books, objects, CDs, souvenirs... It has a natural wood parquet (a bit delicate), an old piano (some keys come off), a wooden terrace, with plants (automatic irrigation), awnings, and a barbecue. It's our home: we hope you enjoy it and take care of it as we do!
