Year-round, 1600 sf ranch house. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, back deck, garage. Mid-Cape location offers easy access to both the bustle of Hyannis/Yarmouth and the peacefulness of the Outer Cape. Steps from a beautiful fresh-water pond, yet ocean beaches are 10 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood, house is located at end of a cul-de-sac. Many amenities within a 5-10 minute drive, including shopping center, gourmet grocery, cinema, beaches, Rail Trail bike path, boating & fishing, kayak rentals. Pricing is somewhat flexible for longer stays.
