Description
We are planning to be out of town on sabbatical during the fall 2025 and/or spring 2026 semesters and are looking for someone to rent our house while we are away. The house is very convenient to UW-Madison - a 15-minute bus ride or a 15-minute bike ride on dedicated bike paths (ploughed in the winter). It's on a quiet street next to beautiful Lake Wingra, nearby the Arboretum and a number of excellent cross-country skiing locations, and in a part of the city with great cafés, shops, and restaurants. It has a beautiful modern kitchen with a gas stove, a comfortable living room, a spacious and peaceful master bedroom, and two smaller rooms perfect for kids' bedrooms/nursery, guest rooms, or offices. There is off-street parking, and as the weather warms up, the backyard has a great patio and a raised deck.
