Hello! This charming luminous lovely apartment is for a trustful person or a couple, who would enjoy living in a comfortable place in Montmartre. Wether you're working or visiting, you’ll enjoy living in this fantastic neighbourhood in Paris – which is like a unique village. When you enter the apt, you will be hanging your coat in the entrance. Then you can go directly to the kitchen, with its two windows. Then you could either unfold the vintage table, or just enjoy sitting at it as it is. You can cook on the vintage stove, or warm up a delicious Bo-Bun (purchased around the block) in the microwave, or whatever you feel like eating. You then can enter the living room through the kitchen, and enjoy listening to CDs, vinyl records, or the radio on a great stereo. Or you can read a book while sat on the comfortable silken velvet Caravane couch, watch tv, or whatever you like on your computer. (Couch doesn't open). You can also write or work at the big vintage desk, sat on a great ergonomic chair. You’ll also enjoy the Montmartre skies from there. There’s a high speed internet connection. In the bedroom you can use a closet (with hangers). There’s also a typical “bistro” mirror table there, when you can write, or put your computer on. In the bathroom, you can take a shower or a bath. Afterwards, you’ll be able to open a typical ceiling Parisian window – “velux” in French - to let the humidity out, and have a look at the blue, or grey sky of Paris. You’ll be able to use a dresser and a couple of shelves there. (Toilets are apart – with another shelve you can use too). And you’ll be sleeping right under a Montmartre roof! The apartment is on the last and 5th French floor, (6th American floor) with an elevator. The renovated building is on a one way street. The building across the street isn’t high enough to block the light, nor have anyone there being able to see you in the apt. The neighbourhood is full of wonderful and special things to see and to do. I’ll be happy to send you a list of the places I love. The place is very well deserved by subway lines and buses. And you won’t have to climb up all those Montmartre stairs to go back to the apartment! The flat is two blocks from the gardens of the Sacré-Coeur and its funicular. The Museum of La Halle Saint-Pierre - and its unique bookstore and cafeteria - is at the end of the street. You will find fancy restaurants around, as well as some cheap but delicious Asian little places, couscous joints, cafés and bars. The cheapest supermarket in Paris is next block. Doctor and pharmacy are in the same block. The Louxor movie theatre is 7 minutes away. Another movie theatre, Studio 28 (interior designed by Jean Cocteau) is 12 minutes walk away. You’ll be able to get up to the Sacré-Coeur with the funicular, and enjoy that breathtaking view over Paris, before exploring or delightfully get lost in the old Montmartre all around. The apartment is actually 55m2 - but I prefer to write 51m2, because some of my personal things will remain in it.
