Pet-Friendly 3BR Historic Home Near Yale, SCSU

Hi there! I am a professor at Yale who will be on a residential fellowship out of town during Fall of 2023 and for one month during Summer 2023 (July 9-August 9). I am hoping to sublet my 3BR, 1.5 bath, 1700 square foot home, built in 1920, during that time. It has hardwood floors, a large backyard, and a separate covered garage. It is 3 BR but one of them is currently being used as my TV lounge with sectional couch and 68 inch HDMI television. Master bedroom has king-sized bed and many windows; second bedroom has queen sized bed. New, very comfortable mattresses. There is an office downstairs with four windows; I also have a small gym with a Nordictrack tradmill (3 years old) and a Peloton bike (2 years old). The house is exactly 2 miles to the center of Yale's campus (it is 2 blocks from the Yale Bowl) and about 1.5 miles to Southern CT State University's campus. Located in the Westville neighborhood of New Haven, the neighborhood is quiet and safe with a large park (Edgewood Park) within walking distance. It's about a 0.7 mile walk to Westville Square, which has a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. Ten minute drive to several different grocery stores (Big Y, Stop n' Shop, etc). Dogs considered (my dog lives with me in the house); no cats due to bad allergies.
