I am looking to ideally house exchange (or possibly rent) my beautiful converted top-floor 2-bedroom period apartment for the 2023-2024 academic year. I am an academic and researcher looking to relocate to London to complete a research project. This apartment is beautifully appointed, with a grand piano, and is suitable for a musicologist, writer, researcher. The apartment is next to a renowned secondary school, and is right next to a bus stop taking you to Lincoln city in c. 10 mins, walking in 20-30mins. The apartment is also within easy access to the A1 and routes to Grantham, Sheffield, and Nottingham. two bedroom, with master bedroom having access to a beautiful (small) balcony overlooking South Common. 2nd bedroom ideal as a small single guest bedroom or a very comfortable study. The apartment comes with one car space and all utilities are included.
