Central London (UK) apartment offered in exchange for residence in Canada

We are a professional couple who are moving from London, UK to Canada. Nick is a Canadian citizen and Adam is a Canadian resident so we will be working, albeit remotely. We have a beautiful, well appointed flat that we take great pride in looking after and would pay the same care and attention to a home swap. We have yet to determine exactly where we will settle - so open to offers as part of the adventure - and have family and friends in Toronto. Our apartment in in Zone 1 London - it's an easy walk along the Thames into Soho and other central areas. 'The City' is a 20 minute walk away. Our immediate area is Bermondsey Street with around 8 independent coffee shops, grocery stores, many independent restaurants and 3 reasonably sized parks. Its a really fun area but our gated community is very quiet and a real sanctuary from busy London life.
