Looking for exchange near Folsom, CA with Tuscany, Italy

I have been in Italy for 53 years (California State University junior year). My daughter and grandkids live in Folsom and my sister in Healdsburg so I am only interested in those cities or nearby. I'd like to spend some more time visiting them (I usually just come for summer and Christmas) while I decide if I want to move back to the US permanently in the future. I do subtitles for all the major studios and streaming platforms so can work wherever I am. in the world. My condo is in the hills outside Florence in a beautiful rural area with a balcony that overlooks olive groves and hills. I have two bedrooms with queen beds and a full office with high-speed internet and printer. There is a double garage and cantina. The living room has a fireplace. I am 450 mts high so much cooler in the summer than downtown and no mosquitoes! The village boasts three restaurants, all within 5 minutes walking distance, one a pizzeria and seafood, one serving traditional Tuscan fare, and one more modern Tuscan cuisine. There is also a small food shop with a little bit of everything including fresh fruit and vegetables, local cheeses, oil and wines. There are two coffee bars, one a gelateria. There are at present three other families living in the building very nice neighbors. There is a bus just up the road that goes into downtown Florence about 8 times a day. I would leave my car, a Volkwagon Polo (I think like a Golf in the US) and would need one in exchange. No need to tell you about all the Florence and Tuscany have to offer. I am 10 minutes away from the A1 highway that goes from Milan down to Naples and 12 minutes to great designer outlet stores. Great area for hiking.
