I am looking for an individual or couple who will enjoy my mellow, sunny condo. The building overlooks a canyon and it's a beautiful, tranquil view. There is a balcony off the living room, another off the master bedroom and a small patio outside the office. It's a quiet, residential neighborhood, but close to restaurants, bars, shops and music venues in the South Park and Golden Hill neighborhoods. Quick drives to beaches in Coronado and Ocean Beach as well as about 1o minutes to downtown San Diego. Gated parking and washer & dryer in downstairs hallway. 15 mins to SDSU & USD, 10 mins to City College and 25 mins to UCSD. The building is from the early 1980s and the bathrooms and kitchen counters are the original fixtures. I love the 80s look, which is one of the place's quirks. There is no AC but the patio doors and canyon air cool the place very well. Fully furnished, including kitchen items, bedding and towels. You are welcome to use anything! My record collection and turntable are also here for you to enjoy.
