Description
If you are a renter I travel a great deal so depending on your dates you may have the apartment to yourself. My apartment is large, well decorated, very clean and gets all day sun. The prewar building is family oriented and quiet. The subway(20mins to midtown Manhattan), fine dining, shops, cafes and the deli all within a 5 minute walk or less. There is also the regional train that stops in the village 15mins walk away(12mins to Manhattan). There is a large 500 acre park 15 min walk away. This neighborhood is a sought after place to live due to it's safety and ease of travelling to every part of the city. I am a respectful and respected professional and am wanting to travel to complete my 2nd book. One month minimum for exchanges. The bedroom in the photo is an XL brand new twin bed and is what is available for exchanges and rentals.

Comments: Very sunny well kept apartment. Home is kept very warm by NYC law and is not flexible(I keep the windows open). Minimum exchange is one month please. No cable television, Washer and dryer are in basement for all to use.
