Spacious, furnished apartment in Sherman Oaks Village

My wife will be attending grad school at NYU this year, so we’re looking to sublet or exchange with someone in NYC through the term. Our spacious, fully furnished apartment is in beautiful and convenient Sherman Oaks Village. It has 2 bedrooms (one used as an office with a daybed) and 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, 2 car tandem garage parking, a balcony, a fireplace, dishwasher, and a fairly large library of books and entertainment. The building also has a spacious rooftop deck with a shared BBQ grill. Our building has only 18 units and is very quiet and family friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome. We’re walking distance to dozens of great restaurants and shops and very convenient to the 101 and 405 freeways. We would love to find someone for the full 10/23-5/24 term, but we would be willing to accept terms as short as 3 months. Thanks for looking!
