Nice appartment in the historical and trendy Marais, heart of Paris

Our quiet and confortable apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a small nice building in the historical, trendy, and touristic district, the best location for Paris visitors, called the district of Marais. There are one spacious living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, separate toilets, and a kitchen. The principal bedroom has a king-size bed, the second room has one single bed and an optional individual bed. The apartment has a pretty zen design, with a lot of natural light (eleven windows in total), and it is quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing & drying machine and a dishes washing machine. It is ideally situated to enjoy the exceptional and countless attractions of the capital of Paris. Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier The apartment is literally located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps away from the Hôtel de Ville (Mayor’s house), near Musee Pompidou (Modern Art), Musée Carnavalet (History of Paris), Musée Picasso. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around: French, and international cuisines. The wonderful Seine Riverbanks, a walking path along the main river, are located 5 mins by foot. There are a lot of boutiques, hotels, bars, restaurants, art galleries around. The Marais is the oldest district of Paris, but also the most central, making it one of the most visited places in Paris. It is a safe zone. And everything can be reached by foot. In case you prefer public transport, there are 3 metro stations (Hotel de Ville, Saint-Paul, Pont-Marie) and several bus stations around. Our flat is very calm (which is rare, especially in the center of the city), the XVIIth century building has a lift (even more rare in the Marais!). It is ideally situated, near the riverbanks. There is a garden in front of the building, and we have a balcony overlooking it. In the winter, our fireplace is working. We also have a house in the South of France so the exchange doesn’t have to be exactly at the same time. Exchanges are for week-ends and holidays, from 3 days to several weeks (no long term exchanges). Just come, stay, and enjoy Paris :)
