Description
My home is in a peaceful, quiet setting yet in the midst of one of the most coveted areas in Los Angeles. Five minutes from the SIlver Lake reservoir and the LA river and 10 minutes from multiple hikes as well as some of the best restaurants, coffee shops and lunch spots. The entire house has filtered water, along with alkaline drinking water, air conditioning, solar panels, an EV charger and vegetable garden. The furniture is all high end mid century modern pieces, many pieces are vintage. It is filled with light with a huge backyard and a child's bedroom along with toys. I'm looking solo for equal value exchanges in Europe, primarily in Paris but also interested in London, Stockholm, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon and Copenhagen. But try me! I'm looking for exhanges for Fall 2023 and Summer 2024.
