Central Toronto apartment swap for a Copenhagen flat/home

Beautiful, spacious fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in a detached hoom with a huge open-concept living room and kitchen, Separate sunroom set up as an office and sitting area. The apartment is currently set up for a couple who WFH (we’ve got electric sit/stand desks set up in the back bedroom and the front sunroom) but we can turn it back into a bedroom (with a queen bed) if you'd prefer. The main bedroom is big, with a beautiful bay window (photo is from before our curtains arrived, sorry! we're currently traveling so will upload a better photo as soon as we're back in Toronto!). Super high ceilings throughout the apartment (~11 feet high!). The kitchen is great, stone counters and a gas stove. We love to cook so there’s all the kitchen tools, appliances, and spices you could want (help yourselves to these while we’re away!). The front yard is totally yours and is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning, there’s also a big courtyard with table and chairs in the back that’s shared with the basement (its rarely used by the downstairs folks, in my experience). Central air with A/C, you have your own thermostat. The air system for the apartment is completely self contained and does not share air with the rest of the house (which is great in the time of COVID). Coin laundry in the basement. Temporary on-street parking available through the city. Across the street from an elementary school, 1/2 the number of houses means great parking availability. We have two adult bicycles we could likely lend you as well, although Toronto has a great bikeshare system with a bike depot just down the street. We live on a lovely residential street in West Queen West which is one of the coolest areas in Toronto (Vogue named it one of the 15 trendiest neighbourhoods in the world!). You're surrounded by restaurants, bars, boutique shops, thriftstores, street art, art galleries, etc. in all directions. Very close/easy transit to all of the tourist attractions downtown. Super transit accessible, 3-5 minute walk to main transit stops going in all directions, and also very bike transit friendly with biking routes connecting to trails, the waterfront, and going downtown nearby. Two grocery stores less than 5 minutes away as well.
