Description
The house where we raised our family is ready to welcome you and your family for long term stays of a month or more. Boylan Heights is a tree lined, 100 plus year old neighborhood near downtown Raleigh. Only one mile from NC State University and Shaw University, 15 minute drive to William Peace University and Meredith College and a 45 minute drive to Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill, it's a great location for those on a sabbatical with family. There are many families in the neighborhood with children of all ages. The nearby elementary school, Wiley Elementary, is a nationally recognized international studies magnet school, Our house is two floors with kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom and one bedroom on the ground floor. The upper level contains two bedrooms, full bathroom, playroom/tv room/office and another room with a desk that could be an office or bedroom.

Comments: Located in a close knit downtown community with walking access to amenities including restaurants, breweries, parks and playgrounds, grocery stores, live music performance venues, library, and post office. Convenient to interstate 40and Amtrak.
