Home among the trees

Description

Our home is surrounded by trees and up a long winding driveway through the trees. It was designed by a local architect and has many interesting bits, like a sunken lounge room. Our study has a comfortable double sofa bed and the bedroom of course has a comfortable queen size bed, and a large en suite bathroom. We are really wanting to be anywhere in Europe, UK or Ireland. Perhaps you are looking for a few weeks in a warm climate while your place is in mid winter. The blue mountains will be warm in January and February, but not as hot as most other places, and it usually cools down overnight. The house is air conditioned so you do have control over temperature. We are happy to exchange cars as well if you’d like, but also okay not to. Blackheath is 2 hours from central Sydney by train, about 90 minutes by car.
