Modern, well equipped terraced house, brilliant location

Description

We are offering our modern, well-equipped house in lovely Lüneburg for rent or for exchange. Lüneburg is a beautiful ancient city at the banks of the river Ilmenau (~80.000 inhabitants; only half an hour away from Hamburg). The campus of Leuphana University is very close by (5 minutes by bike), as is the ancient city centre (<10 minutes) and the railway station (~12 minutes). In a five minute walk, you will enter the nature reserve "Hasenburger Bachtal". A small shopping centre is right next door (<100m). The house has a fully equipped kitchen (from 2023), a room for eating connected with the living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 lavatory for guests. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are very large and 1 very large office with two desks. The house has a nice garden. The heating will be renewed in late 2023 to the most modern and energy efficient standards. I'm a professor at Leuphana University in Lüneburg. As a family (2 adults, 2 Kids 2-4) we are going to Dublin (UCD) for a research semester and are looking for a place to stay. More pictures are available upon request.
