Writing Sanctuary in the calm part of Buda

About our home: This is our sanctuary, so we are looking for people who respect art and nature that are the main elements of our home. This building was built by our family and the art is carefully selected. The section that we rent is a part of a family house, it is a 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The bedrooms open a door from one another, and to the hall and the living room. There is a balcony from the living room, and the kitchen window opens to the balcony. There is also a small terrace that opens to huge pine tree. There is an amazing view from all of the windows, meanhwile everything is green as the house is surrounded by trees. You can pick your own walnuts from the balcony off of our walnut tree. About the neighborhood: This is a small residential neighborhood, right on the border between Budapest and Budakeszi. Our part is still Budapest, there is a famous sanatorium at the end of our street, which is also a dead end so not too much traffic going through. The bus stop to Budapest central is about 4-5 minutes from the house, which stops at Szell Kalman square (Red line A metro, Mammut shopping center). Our neighborhood used to be a famous resort for the writers and artists of the 20th century, nearby is the art and design MOME University. The surroundings between are beautiful, great hiking and camping possibilities. Near to our house (10-min walk), there is the Budakeszi Wild Park, which is great for seeing wild animals, hiking, walking, camping, picnic, or morning/evening jogging. Amenities: There is a working desk with the panoramic view in front, the monitor and printer can be used. In the living room, we have a large smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a washing maching that can be used. There is free parking in front of the house. About access: Our mother lives downstairs in another building but on the same site. She will give you the keys and help if anything is needed.
