Hello, We have a duplex that we have re-designed into Flex space while retaining owner occupied space that remains separate for the owners use only. 1 bed room and 1 bath OR 2 bedroom and 2 bath are what we are offering for trade or rent. The rental fee posted is for a 30 day rent for 2 bed/2 bath option. Tenants will always have private entrance, private outdoor space regardless which space option you like and are interested in. Included in rent, high speed WIFI, water, lawn maintenance, furnishings however for more than a 30 day rental electricity is NOT included. Ask us about our rate adjustment for longer term rental to obtain adjusted pricing amount. The house is in a great location and your close to the Ocean. Very close to the French Immersion elementary school. Hardwood and tile floors, fully outfitted kitchen, fully furnished. Dishwasher, fr/st, micro, w/d, Bedding/towels, , BBQ, keyless entry and the hot-tub is negotiable. We maintain the yard but if you want to do some container gardening we can supply you with some containers. The back yard has large trees and is a good place to view/listen to birds. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have.

Comments: Close to elementary French immersion school. Quiet family orientated area close to Downtown and the Inner Harbour. West Bay Walkway is a fabulous walk not to be missed. House is clean, cosy, quiet, has great outdoor space and close to amenities

Comments: The Best Little House in West Bay is rented for the month of Feb 2024, but its available many other months in 2024. Good wifi, all inclusive for a single month rental. Longer term rentals will have to pay electric only (rent rate adjustment applies).
