Charming two-bedroom in fantastic neighborhood

Our big two-bedroom flat is a peaceful space in a nice building. This is a corner unit on the first floor and gets a lot of light. It has red oak wood floors though the whole house. It includes a parking space if you have a car. Being on the first floor makes it quick to come and go. It has lots of closet space. We love to cook and have good pots, pans, knives, gadgets. If you play piano, there is a very warm Heintzman baby grand that holds its tune impeccably. All utilities are included: * high speed internet * heat * electric * cable tv (though we don't watch, so if you want it, please let us know so we're sure to find the box ); there's an Apple TV as well if you like. Laundry is clean, efficient, and convenient, but it is located downstairs and not in the unit. You use a pre-paid card to operate the machines. The location is fantastic. For TTC, there is the St. Clair streetcar and Christie bus very close. We are just across the street from Wychwood Barns Artscape with its parks, greenhouse, farmer's market and family activities. We are really close to St. Clair and Christie with everything you need in a few blocks walk: groceries, bakeries, pubs, banks, pharmacy, coffee. The surrounding neighborhood is wonderful to walk through. Very green, with old trees and parks all around: Cedervale park, Hillcrest park (with a tennis club), Wychwood park neighborhood, to name a few. The few downsides are that the kitchen is fairly small, the laundry is not in the unit and being on the first floor, lacks outside space.
