Description
My home is quiet, modern, private and filled with light. It is close to shops and public transport, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office space and an enormous open kitchen. A covered deck, side garden areas and raised vegetable gardens surround the open plan house. An attached garage with the possibility of a shared automobile is offered. All floors are natural solid bamboo or tiled. The kitchen is very large, with gas stove top, electric oven and warming tray, microwave, fridge, double sink and dishwasher, with spacious countertops and storage space. Heating and cooling is provided by ducted circulation connected to external electrical heat pumps powered by the massive array of solar panels on the roof, double battery (and, if necessary, the city grid).
