Spacious family house at one of the historic neighborhoods of Merida

This is a perfect home located in a historic neighborhood of Merida, within walking distance to a supermarket, local shops, and the traditional Parque de las Americas. The house is centrally located, and almost every location in Merida can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The house offers 3 large rooms, each with its own bathroom, two office spaces, and a large entrance where you can take out our ping pong table, do fitness, and even do aerial dance! One of the rooms has an attached music room with instruments you are welcome to play! There is a nice living room and dining room, and a large kitchen connected to a covered terrace. We have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in one of the offices, as well as in the entrance, dining room, and living room. One bedroom has a full-sized bed, TV, and bathroom. The other has a bunk bed with an upper twin-size bed and a full-size sofa bed (pretty comfortable; that is where my kid sleeps); it has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and an attached music room. The main room has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a large pool and a nice garden surrounding the property, making it a great place to relax. There is also a basketball rim in the outdoor area. The premises have parking space for two cars. There is the option to use our beach house for some days during the year!
