Description
This is a family home with two bedrooms and a large study. It is close to shops, cafes, and the Merri Creek parklands. It is near the tram and the train into town. The train to city centre takes 30 mins. There are a number of high performing secondary schools and excellent primary schools in our area. There are vegetable patches in our garden and a playroom / second lounge for the kids. Our area is very friendly and our neighbours are really awesome. Get in touch with any questions you might have. Comments: Our house is an art nouveau 3 bedroom bungalow with the 3rd bedroom converted into a study. It has loads of character, excellent central heating and cooling, and is very comfortable to live in. We are close to a lot of primary and secondary schools.
