Description
We are a family of two adults and two primary school-aged kids, looking for a place in Barcelona for 6 months starting in July 2024. We are offering our home in Melbourne in exchange or for rental. The house is a two-storey townhouse with a large balcony upstairs (6-seater table, barbecue, and plants), and a small courtyard downstairs, with a couple of trees and greenery. There are two full bathrooms with great showers, and a powder room upstairs. There is central heating throughout and an AC upstairs. The house faces north, which is great in Australia! We will remove all personal belongings, but you will have a fully equiped kitchen, books, board games and toys if needed. The living room opens to the courtyard. It has a large TV, a sofa bed and a desk. The neighbourhood is great, very quiet yet not far from everything one may need. Tram route 58 runs through Melville Rd (10min walk) and takes you to the University of Melbourne, RMIT and the city center.

Comments: Not great for toddlers because of stairs, but great for older kids (e.g. 4yo and older), and babies are welcomed too. We have a car (Toyota Rav4) and can negotiate its use.
